Developed by Industria de Diseno Textil S.A., this free app provides users with sessions, programs, challenges, and instructional videos led by international trainers and Mia, Oysho Training's virtual trainer.
With over 300 sessions available for different fitness levels, users can design a personalized workout plan to meet their specific needs. The app utilizes a recommendation engine that takes into account completed workouts to suggest new sessions, programs, or challenges. These workouts are led by top trainers and augmented by MIA, a 3D avatar that helps users improve their athletic technique through augmented reality.
The app offers a wide range of content, including various types of yoga such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Rocket, Prenatal, and Meditation. For fitness enthusiasts, there are sessions focused on HIIT, strength training, mobility, resistance training, and stretching. Additionally, runners can benefit from race technique sessions, mobility exercises, strength training, and pre- and post-race stretching.
Oysho Training provides new content each week, including live sessions and workouts, special sessions featuring trending disciplines, complete training programs organized by day, explanatory videos to perfect technique, and challenges to advance sports practice. The app also integrates with Apple's Health app to record biometric data during workout sessions.
